What Efémeris is

Efémeris is a classical astrology app for knowing yourself and following your cycles. What it shows you is for reflection and learning: it doesn't replace the advice of a doctor, a psychologist, a lawyer or a financial advisor, and what you do with it is always your decision. Readings about temperament, body or psyche are symbolic interpretations of your chart, not diagnoses.

What we keep

Only what's needed to calculate your sky and walk alongside you:

• Your account: name, email and language.
• Your charts: name, date, time and place of birth, and the city where you live. The same for the people you add, with any notes or photos you choose to include.
• What you write: your conversations in Conversations with my Soul, your life milestones, your notes and your answers to the questions of the day.
• Technical data: when you signed in, from which browser and IP address, and how much you use the AI features. They help protect the account and prevent abuse.

With that, Efémeris calculates your birth chart, your transits, your returns and the rest of the readings.

Who sees your data

Your charts, your readings and what you write are private: they're only visible from your account. We don't sell or hand over personal information to anyone.

To work, we use providers for the database, web hosting, email delivery, artificial intelligence and technical monitoring. Each one accesses only what's strictly needed to provide the service. Technical monitoring doesn't keep your name, your email or what you write.

What the artificial intelligence receives

All the astrology is calculated by Efémeris's own engine. The AI only puts into words what the engine already knows.

• We don't send it your name, your email, your date or time of birth, or your place of birth. It receives the chart facts already calculated: positions, aspects, houses, cycles and age.
• What you write in the chat, in a note or when you ask for "tell me more" is sent as is, because that's what the answer needs to take into account. We recommend not putting there anything you don't want to share, like full names, addresses or health information.
• AI answers can be wrong and are not professional advice.

Cookies and analytics

We use the cookies needed for the app to work: your session, your language and your cookie choice. Only if you accept, we also use analytics (Google Analytics, to know which parts get used) and campaign measurement (Meta). Neither of them receives your name, your email or your chart. You can change your choice anytime from Cookie preferences, at the bottom of the page. The details are in the cookie policy.

Emails

Account emails (welcome, access, password reset) arrive because they're part of the service. News is optional and every message says how to unsubscribe.

Delete or take your data

If you want a copy of your data, or want us to delete your account and everything you saved, write to soporte@efemeris.app from your account's email. We'll take care of it and confirm the same way.
